Self-Reflection: A Narrative Report on THE 2011 ANNUAL ECE CONFERENCE
To God be all the glory. Always and forever. Patience is a virtue. It really stretched out and tested my communication skills, management skills and of course my personality starting from the preparation of the documents up to the end of the event of which I am very blessed because I learned a lot from it. Being the head organizer of the The 2011 Annual ECE Conference , having with me the other 18 officers of ECESS and guided we are by our advisers, the most difficult part for me was the execution of tasks to the other members of the committees. It was easy for me to tell them what are their tasks, but troubles came when I am about to explain the details and tell the due date for their assignments. Dealing with my co-officers’ unique and dense personalities was really the challenge because I have to convince them that what I want is not exactly what I like to happen in the conference but what will make them feel good about it and eventually tell me some suggestions and alter...
